  • “EMAIL MARKETING” — Refers to any situation or agreement in which Bible5 sends one or more messages to an email address related to the services.
  • “USER” - Refers to any person aged 18 (eighteen) or older, the sole holder and possessor of a valid email address registered on a platform that supports the email service.
  • “OPT-IN” – Refers to register, sign up, request, agree, and authorize the receipt of electronic messages from our team.
  • “Bible5” - It's the blog that manages the sending of emails with informational content.

Terms of adhesion

By registering through our “QUIZ” or forms on our pages and “ENABLING” our notifications/messages, providing your email to Bible5, you (USER) agree to and accept the terms of these clauses.

Requirements

By registering in our “QUIZ” or signing up for our forms/VIP lists, by clicking “Opt-In”, you certify that:

  • I agree with all the terms and clauses of this Email Marketing Usage Agreement;

  • Are over 18 years old;

Sending frequency

  • Law No. 9,307/1996 – Arbitration.

The forum for resolving any legal dispute will be the city of Campinas – SP.
