DEFINITIONS
- “EMAIL MARKETING” – Sending of Infoproducts, refers to any situation or agreement in which MEUSITE sends one or more messages to an electronic address related to the services.
- “USUARIO”, refers to any person, 18 years old or more, sole holder and owner of a valid electronic address registered on the platform – PROVIDER, which supports the electronic mail service (E-MAIL) provided by the same in our “QUIZ”.
- “OPT-IN” refers to registering, subscribing, requesting, agreeing and authorizing the reception of electronic messages from our team.
- “MEUSITE” is the blog that manages sending EMAILS with Infoproduct content.
TERMINATIONS
By registering through our “QUIZ” or forms on our pages and “ENABLE” our notifications/messages – Infoproducts, providing your electronic mail on the MEUSITE Blog, you (USER) agree and accept the clauses of these terms: We value the uniqueness of our relationship with the USERS, therefore these terms are conditioned on the USER's waiver of participation in any COLLECTIVE ACCITION, furthermore, in case of disagreement of the USER with part or all of these terms, we will resort to the solution of ARBITRAJE (Law No. 9,307 of 1996) before any judicial solution.
REQUIREMENTS
When registering on our “QUIZ” or subscribing to our VIP forms/lists, by clicking on “Opt-In”, you certify that you agree with all the terms and clauses of this Email Marketing Usage Agreement, Privacy Policy and Terms and General Conditions of Use. Furthermore, you affirm that you are more than 18 years old and are the holder, subscriber and exclusive owner of the electronic mail provided at the time of registration, authorizing the reception of electronic mail sent by the portal.
PROVIDERS
EMAILS shipments, containing Infoproduct content, are available to any provider that offers the service in accordance with international security standards and Brazilian legislation.
INTERRUPT THE RECEPTION OF MESSAGES
To ensure transparency in the provision of content with infoproducts through electronic mail sending, we provide – in the body of the message, the option of detaining the reception of future electronic mails, with the message: “You don't want to receive more of our mails electronics? Unsubscribe here.” The 'unsubscribe' button is also available in your email body.
TECHNOLOGIES FOR DATA PROCESSING
Our objective is your security; Therefore, we follow international and national standards to protect your personal information and data. These are “preventive” measures to guarantee a level of security in accordance with the Law, and we adopt the main measures in the information, administration and technology security sector; awareness – employee compliance, encryption, SSL and DdoS. We protect your personal data, managing an internal processing cycle for safe and appropriate deletion.
DATA REGULATION
By accepting our sending of electronic mails, you are in agreement with the terms of collection, processing and storage of your data – electronic address, regulated by the General Data Protection Law – LGPD (Law No. 13,709 of 2018). However, you can REVOKE your consent at any time by sending messages to the email address: ([email protected]).
APPLICABLE LEGISLACIÓN
The relevant legislation in this contract will be applicable and in force in Brazil, in conflicts between the USER and the Infoproducts portal (Blog MEUSITE), preferably observing Law No. 9,307 of 1996 - Arbitration, respecting what is established in the Law 8,078 of 1990 – Consumer Protection Code.
FORUM
In case of refusal in the Arbitration solution to resolve conflicts with the USER, the forum to resolve any legal dispute will be in the city of Indaiatuba – SP. Version July 1, 2023.
